Each and every process is followed as per pre-defined approved SOP ranging from hygiene and maintenance to manufacturing and testing in compliance with schedule M-1 of GMP standards.
Mother Tinctures
- LDD BIOSCIENCE manufactures high quality Mother Tinctures in sterile and most hygienic environment at every stage of manufacturing process, batch after batch.
- LDD BIOSCIENCE team selects herbs from select growing regions, test for alkaloid conditions and store them in controlled environment after which the process of extraction and preparation of mother tincture is initiated in an automatic process flow clean room environment.
- Raw materials and in-process formulations undergo chemical tests and physical and morphological tests followed by infrared moisture analysis.
- We make use of UV spectrophotometer analysis and Karl Fischer compact titrate analysis for ensuring accuracy and efficiency of Mother Tinctures.
- The next stage is TLC and HPTLC analysis as well as infrared moisture analysis of contents to ensure products are within specified tolerances and the active medicament is present as per required quantities.
- We use SS 316 stainless steel grade percolators and macerators in mother tincture preparations. Also use equipment like hydraulic presses, macerators, stirrers and filters for liquid extraction. (General shot of Macerator and perculators, )
Dilutions
- LDD BIOSCIENCE offers over 1000 dilutions in all potencies ranging from 3 CH to CM potency and also in Decimal scale ranging from 3x onwards.
- Manufacturing of dilutions takes place in a clean room environment guaranteed by strict control on air, humidity and temperature.
- LDD BIOSCIENCE prepares back potencies, which are the backbone of homeopathy, in house with one of its kind Digital computer controlled potentizer. This ensures complete accuracy & reliability.
- These accurate back potencies are used to prepare dilutions of different potencies by using pure Extra Neutral Alcohol. Thereafter the dilutions are packed in neutral glass bottles thoroughly sterilized at 150 degrees centigrade & sealed under clean room conditions. Even the plastic parts like droppers & caps are thoroughly sterilized by “Ethylene Oxide Sterilization Chambers” that is ETO machines. Trituration and Tablets
- LDD BIOSCIENCE sources highest quality compounds and uses only the best quality lactose sourced from HMS or Meggle of Germany for trituration and tablet formulation.
- The process takes place in clean room environment in sterilized 316 SS containers with digital monitors and sensors for temperature, time and humidity control of mechanical process
- We have electronic sieves with sensors to control lactose dust.
- The processes are automatic from start to finish with material untouched by human hand.
- Rigorous quality tests take place at every step to ensure optimal friability, hardness and disintegration time of tablets.
- FLUID BED DRYER works on a principle of fluidization of the materials. In fluidization process, hot air or gas flow is introduced through the bed of solid particulates. Hence the bed is fluidized and the particles are suspended in the fluid.
- BLISTER PACKING MACHINE: Blister packs not only protect the product against light, oxygen humidity and contaminants, it provides protection against mishandling and tampering. It is Cost- effective and helpful and easy to use.
