Comprehensive Return & Cancellation Policy

Delivery Policy

Risk of loss and the title for such items pass to the customer, when the goods are delivered to the carrier. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address, etc) any extra cost incurred by the company for re-delivery shall be claimed from the Customer placing the order. No request for cancellation of orders once duly placed on the site, shall be entertained. 


If recipient is not available at the given address on delivery, the goods would be left with the neighbour along with an attached note. If neighbours refuse to accept the goods, a message will be left on the door asking the recipient to call our office. At this point the order is fully chargeable. For the items delivered by the courier / speed post / registered post, their respective policies apply. Company reserves the right to charge the order if by any chance the recipient rejects the order for any reason. 


The company shall try its best for prompt delivery; However delayed/early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the customer for any damages or compensation and the company reserves the right to deny its services to any customer, without any explanation. In order to provide good service and timely delivery of goods, please provide us your correct Pin-Code and Phone number. If you want to change the shipping address you have specified on placing the order, you can send us an e-mail and the company will accommodate the changes only if the goods have not been dispatched from our warehouse. 

Refund Policy

Once the amount has been received, the company will refund the amount only in the following cases.
1. In case of damaged or defective items the contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with damaged or defective goods. The company will either re-send the goods or issue you a full refund as per the discretion of the company only after necessary verification & inspection.
2. In case the products ordered by the customer are out of stock, the company shall refund the amount of those items to the customer.
3. Refund will be considered only if customer mail us at the info@lddbioscience.com within 2 hours of payment. No refund shall be entertained after expiry of 2 hours from the time of payment.
4. No refund shall be made if data provided by customer is incorrect. However, if customer mail us within an hour of ordering the product, we will consider the changes to be made.
5. Once the product is delivered to customer, no refund shall be made.
6. All eligible refunds shall be made within seven business days from the date of receipt of request. However, the same is subject to transaction and processing time taken by bank/payment gateway.
7. In case of double payment made by mistake against the single order, one payment will be refunded.
8. All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and / or the payment gateway, or any other charges that may have been borne by LDD Bioscience in processing and / or delivering the service, as applicable.
